Items that are in a sealed, uncontaminated container can be returned for a refund within 30 days with a valid receipt. In order to protect our patients from contaminated or unsafe products we do not accept returns or refunds of bathroom items, opened items or supplies once delivered to your home. By law, pharmaceutical items, drugs and solutions cannot be returned once sold.
Valley Patient Care strives to maintain customer/patient satisfaction. All lift chairs are considered final sale upon delivery. Please take a moment to inspect the lift chair to ensure no defects or damage. If the lift chair is delivered with a defect or damage caused by transit, we will attempt to have the lift chair repaired and/or exchanged. Delivery fees are nonrefundable.
Special orders may be subject to a 40% restocking fee plus any shipping and handling incurred to return items back to our vendors. Some items may not be returnable depending on how it is sourced. You will be informed if an item cannot be returned prior to ordering. All special order items must be returned within 15days upon receipt.
